In my work I explore the embodiment of music in painting through the means of colour, form, space and line. I work with high contrasts representing an atmospheric perception which is left ambigious for the viewer to decode. I strongly believe in the presence of a piece and letting its purest, rawest beauty speak for itself. "Art is in love with music...but it is a one-sided affair: music rarely returns the compliment.
