The photographic works are large scale; the subtly reflective surface of the metal on which the image is captured absorbs the differences of light and colour of the surrounding space, introducing a sense of movement into the experience of the work.
Architectural fragments and the arrangement of objects are captured in a single slow exposure. The images are worked onto large aluminium surfaces so the image and metal are meshed in a space. In confronting the photograph, the viewer is fleetingly reflected in the surface of the work, implicated and reimagined back into its space.
