All our therapists have a certificate in Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) which is recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), in addition to specialising in specific areas of mental health and wellbeing.

 

We recognise the relationship with a therapist is essential to establishing and promoting the willingness for you to be able share intimate thoughts, beliefs, and emotions. At Neutral space you will be able to access the same therapist face to face, via the telephone or Skype.


 

All therapists are legally and ethically obligated to keep your conversation confidential. We are a totally neutral service and do not disclosure any of your personal details to your employer or that you have even accessed our service.
